BRAEBURN VILLAGE APARTMENTS

(Indianapolis, IN)

Braeburn Village Apartments is a 402-unit acquisition in Warren Township on the east side of Indianapolis. 

CONCORD COMMONS APARTMENTS

(Gary, IN)

The Concord Commons Apartments are a 354-unit, two-phase acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of affordable housing utilizing 4% Tax Credits/Tax Exempt Bonds. Concord Commons is located near Miller Beach, Indiana, and was part of an 852-unit portfolio acquisition/rehabilitation that provided modern upgrades to an aging portfolio. Concord Commons utilizes Section 8 HAP funding for a portion of the units. RDOOR is the 100% owner of the GP and developer.

INDY FLATS APARTMENTS

(Indianapolis, IN)

Indy Flats is a portfolio of historic buildings constructed between 1890 and 1952 located in the north side neighborhoods of Indianapolis. Midtown Flats consists of 283 units of market-rate units that will undergo upgrades in the near future. Northside Flats includes 218 recently upgraded units funded by Historical and 4% Tax Credits. Renovations were made with respect to the historical significance of the buildings by partnering with the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission. RDOOR is the 100% owner of the GP and developer.

KENWOOD PLACE APARTMENTS OF INDIANAPOLIS

(Indianapolis, IN)

Kenwood Place Apartments on the north side of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana is a two-phase, 97-unit Section 202 senior housing development. Kenwood Place utilizes both Section 8 HAP and PRAC funding for a portion of the units. RDOOR is the 100% owner of the GP and developer.

TURTLE CREEK APARTMENTS

Turtle Creek Apartments is a 262-unit acquisition in Washington Township on the north side of Indianapolis.

VILLAGE OF MERICI

(Indianapolis, IN)

The Village of Merici is the rehabilitation of a historic building on the beautiful Fort Benjamin Harrison campus in Lawrence, Indianapolis. It includes 20, fully ADA-compliant and modern apartments for adults with developmental disabilities funded with 9% Tax Credits. The Village of Merici offers a uniquely interdependent community of residents, support staff, community coaches, and families to create an environment that affords the residents a solid foundation on which to grow as individuals in self-sufficiency and independence and in relation to others in the community. The Village of Merici utilizes Section 8 HAP funding for a portion of the units. RDOOR is the 100% owner of the GP and developer.

The Woodlake Village Apartments are a 498-unit, three-phase acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of affordable housing utilizing 4% Tax Credits/Tax Exempt Bonds. Woodlake Village is located near Miller Beach, Indiana, and was part of an 852-unit portfolio acquisition/rehabilitation that provided modern upgrades to an aging portfolio. Woodlake Village utilizes Section 8 HAP funding for a portion of the units. RDOOR is the 100% owner of the GP and developer.
