Navigation Together: System Housing Navigation Lunch

This gathering will include a brief overview of the role the HomeNow Indy Housing Navigation Team plays on behalf of the Continuum of Care (CoC), including how our CoC Liaison supports and partners with the broader community. The primary focus, however, is conversation—creating space to reconnect and share insights about how we collectively support neighbors in finding safe, stable, and affordable housing.

Over the past year, our team has remained actively engaged in projects and ongoing work alongside many of you. At the same time, shifts in capacity and team availability impacted how broadly we were able to be present across the community. As we move into the year ahead, we anticipate increased availability and reach—and we want to be intentional about doing that with our community at the table.
