This session is designed for case managers, shelter staff, community members and housing providers who want to better understand when and how to connect individuals and families to Diversion services—and how to have meaningful, solution-focused conversations that lead to housing stability.
Participants will walk away with practical tools, a clear referral process, and real-world examples of how Diversion can quickly and effectively resolve housing challenges.
