To create stable, vibrant, and healthy communities by developing or acquiring affordable rental housing properties. It is our goal to use our resources and expertise to build or acquire and upgrade multifamily rental properties so that residents who lack the economic resources to access quality rental housing opportunities have a clean, safe environment in which to live.

RDOOR Housing Corporation is a 501c3 that has been developing affordable housing units since 1981. Currently, RDOOR owns over 3,000 units in the Indianapolis area and in Northern Indiana. We are working on new projects in Indianapolis, other areas around the state of Indiana, and are beginning development outside of Indiana.
