MISSION
RDOOR Housing Corporation is a 501(c)(3), Indiana-based nonprofit dedicated to providing safe, affordable, multifamily housing for individuals, families, seniors, and other at-risk populations. We develop new housing and preserve existing affordable multifamily communities to ensure that everyone has a place to call home, while fostering environments where good neighbors help build strong neighborhoods.
Our mission is to leverage our resources and expertise to build, acquire, and improve multifamily rental properties and supportive services for underserved populations and individuals experiencing homelessness. RDOOR is committed to expanding equitable access to quality rental housing opportunities across Indiana, with a focus on maintaining clean, safe, and stable living environments that support long-term community well-being.
IMPACT
Founded in 1981, RDOOR Housing Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the development and preservation of affordable housing. With a strong presence throughout Indiana, RDOOR currently owns over 2,500 affordable housing units. As we continue to grow, our focus remains on expanding our impact by initiating new projects and extending our reach beyond the Hoosier state, ensuring that more individuals and families have access to safe, affordable homes.
